In relationships we tend to ask two important questions:

Are you there for me?

Do I matter?

If you feel the answer to these two questions is NO, you have come to the right place.
Feeling like your partner isn’t there for you or that you are not a priority often results in us feeling disconnected and alone. When disconnection settles into a relationship it can be very difficult to feel emotionally safe enough to share your needs. Unmet needs in relationships tend to snowball into problems that may feel overwhelming and hopeless.

You may be at the point of noticing things are “off” in your relationship, and want to get things back on the right track – or you may be considering ending the relationship. Whatever position you’re in, I have a great deal of experience in helping individuals and couples sort through the complexities of their relationship to better understand and resolve critical issues.
